Accepted to Naval and Air Force Academy... how to choose?

Say I get accepted to both the Naval and Air Force Academy, which should I choose? I want to become a surgeon once I get out after I serve as a pilot for the military for 5 or so years. I want to know which one will help me to get into medical school afterwards.
