I just bought a sony bravia kdl46ex520 and am trying to figure out how to download?

more widgets because i only have the two facebook and twitter but when i got to the widget gallery there is no option to get more im am so fustrated considering the amout i just paid for it could any one help me? ive had my grand daughter who is very good with technology helping me and she cant find anything either.
