Where can I find the Japanese Yugioh GX with english subtitles?

I have looked everywhere. Youtube, Veoh, Megavideo, none of them have it. Questions similiar to mine on yahoo that have been answered? Broken links. 4Kids is widely considered horrible, yet their version of the show is everywhere. I'm specifically looking for episode 146 and onward, in Japanese with english subtitles. Please check your links before posting them. And I'm not looking to download. I'm looking to just watch the videos.
