What software originally came on my laptop?

I bought a laptop from CCI, a computer program from the university of chapel hill, and got it over the summer. It's a lenovo thinkpad w520. I didn't like the preinstalled settings so i reinstalled from scratch. All the drivers have been reinstalled, but the "widget thing" on the taskbar down by the clock that showed battery life has dissappeared. I'd like to know what originally came on the computer without waiting until fall to find out. But i can't find any lists of what comes already on lenovo laptops from factory. Any info?
