Concert outfit help...?

iam doing the "outwood grange academy family of schools choir concert",my bamd manger has aaked for smart casual,i dont have anything smart casual,its all formal and super casual,what should i do,we will be wearing it for about 14 hours and its going to be a norml warmish day about 15-25 degrees
