What era of Hip Hop artists do you think had the best sense of fashion?

Late 80's-early 90's, whatever era had those incredibly cool rope chains. Run-DMC started the trend and it's still one of the greatest contributions to hip hop fashion along with the popularity of the Original Adidas. I think the snap-back caps are coming back and those are classy hip hop fashion. Now if only we could annihilate skinny jeans...
