47" Vizio M470SV question?

I just brought the new 47" Vizio LED TruHD tv and it doesn't have the Facebook app, nor can I surf the internet. When I go to widget gallery, it says unavailable, it's been saying it for hours. And yes, I'm connected to the internet just fine. Another thing. The remote works fine expect the keyboard part won't type. Like when I go to put in my WEP I try to use the QWERTY keyboard, but the letters won't show up, I have to scroll and click.
