Her parents rejected me and literally dislike me because im not a Jehova Witness.?

Both me and my fairly new gf (that has been a good friend for sometime) are just very annoyed and bothered by her parents constantly verbally harassing us (majority me) on how the family rejects me and our relationship together. The family is very old fashioned. We are both adults attending college. I'm a college graduate and am enlisting into a Texas police academy. How can we handle this situation? We're happy and want to be together. She doesn't care what her parents think of me.
