How can I potty-train my lionhead rabbit?

I've had my new lionhead bunny for just over a week. His name is Moogle. He is about 10 weeks old. The first day I got him he was kind of scared, so he had good litter habbits. But by the fourth day and onward, he has been pooping everywhere, peeing in random spots, even though I have two litter boxes set up for him. How can I get Moogle to comply with the potty training? I sweep up his accidents like at least 5 times within a few hours.
