Do you have to Complete the Whole R.O.T.C. Class in College to join to Airforce?

I was thinking of joining the Airforce after High School , instead of going to the Air Force Academy . I was wondering if I have to complete the whole class as in do the ROTC until the end of College or just do 2 years and don't do the 8 Year Commitment .
